Amidst a pandemic, Tracy Kovalsky discovers her cousin, Jordan has gone missing after enrolling in an illegal study for a drug called, Dumitor. Following an outbreak within the testing facility, Jordan and the other patients are forced into lock-down. A life-and-death struggle ensues as the patients are systemically hunted down and Tracy's search exposes the conspiracy to cover up the entire experiment by any means necessary.
