简介：KARA 1st JAPAN TOUR 2012 KARASIA是韩国女子音乐组合Kara的首次日本全国巡回演唱会。巡回演唱会于2012年4月14日开始，地点为横滨体育馆；于2012年5月27日结束，地点为琦玉超级竞技场。这次巡演吸引了约18万人，每场演唱会座位全数售罄。最后一场在琦玉超级竞技场的演唱会在全日本60个不同的剧院直播，剧院的门票也全部售罄。
